Return Policy
Our refund
policy is 30 days. If your purchase is older than 30 days, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Items must also retain their original packaging.
Non-returnable items:

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, we may only allow a partial refund (if applicable):
any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, we will process your refund and automatically issue the refund to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refund (if applicable) :
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be posted.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact

Sale items (if applicable)
are only refundable for regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
only replace defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email service@ubrya.com . Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will mail the gift certificate to you. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then be notified of your return.
Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of returning your merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to arrive may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned merchandise.
